Reddit’s moderators are Redditors who volunteer hours or even days of their time to help guide and create Reddit’s many communities. We were asked to launch 2x celebratory mod-centred events to honour valued mods and their commitment to community and Reddit.

We invited mods to the best house party in London and Paris! Our house welcomed guests to a relaxed and welcoming night of fun, discovery and conversations offering games, personalized Snoodio, themed food and drink and an exclusive AMA with Reddit’s VP of community, Laura Nestler and much, much more!

Our ‘Mod City’ concept was subsequently rolled out by local teams in Sao Paolo, Toronto and Austin in 2022 and we are currently in planning for 2023 events.
