Helping Tinder users live their best single life
Tinder has one of the highest awareness levels that a brand could have. However, engagement was falling and the app was in danger of becoming phone wallpaper for many users. We needed to get people swiping again.
In 2019, Tinder launched Festival Mode, an app update that enables users to connect with fellow festival goers before and at festivals around the world. We launched the new mode at festivals across the UK with our Find Your Crowd space – a unique area touring the UK festival scene, providing that all important meet up space where visitors could win VIP upgrades, Tinder swag or just hang with free wifi.
The activation proved immensely effective with a whopping 98% app update uptake.
